Unveiled Studio collects only the information needed to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, personalize products, process order requests, and arrange pickup or delivery.

Information we collect

When you submit an order request, we may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, delivery address, product selections, personalization details, and any special requests you provide.

How we use your information

We use this information to review your request, confirm availability and pricing, send invoices and order updates, create your personalized products, and arrange pickup or delivery. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Service providers and sharing

Your information may be processed by service providers that help us host the website, deliver the order-request form, communicate with you, or ship your order. We share only the information reasonably required for those services or when required by law.

Storage, access, and corrections

We keep order information only as long as reasonably needed for customer service, business records, and legal obligations. You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to any information we are required to retain.

Gift-list storage

Your gift-list selections are saved in your browser so you can review them before submitting your request. They remain on your device until you remove them or clear your browser data.

Orders and fulfillment

We always try to complete orders as quickly as possible and take great care with every order and personalized item we sell.

• Our usual turnaround time is 7–10 business days. If an unforeseen delay prevents dispatch within that period, we will notify you in writing.
• If you need a rush order, please email us before placing or paying for the order so we can confirm whether it is possible. Rush-order fees apply.
• If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email. You may wait for the item based on its estimated arrival date or receive a full refund.
• Orders that have been placed but remain unpaid for 48 hours will be cancelled.
• Orders under $250 require full payment by e-transfer in CAD within 24 hours of receiving the invoice.
• Orders of $250 or more require a 50% non-refundable retainer to reserve the order. The remaining balance is due 5 days before pickup or shipping.
• If an error is made on our end, we will gladly replace the item or issue shop credit.
• Drinkware includes care instructions and must be handled with care.
